Quite convinient. And glad it provide parking lot as well. So save the effort to get a parking. Room is quite decent.

Abit dusty on the bed frame. Just need to ensure to clean the bed frame.

Reasonably comfortable stay in Jeju city

The location is good as it is among good restaurants though you would need around 8 to 10 minutes walk to places like Shilla Duty Free and 22 minutes walk to Lotte Mart. The hotel is cool and the room layout is spacious and well planned

The floor is covered with vinyl/plastic floor mat which tends to trap dirt. It would be preferred that these be kept at doorway only and left the rest of the floor covered with carpet or just plan vinyl finish

It’s a boutique hotel but a little bit worn out bathroom amenities were decent but no counter in the bathroom for toiletries

We enjoyed a pleasant night at the Hotel Alice and Trunk in Jeju, rating our experience an 8 out of 10. The hotel is conveniently located not too far from the airport, though it's a bit of a distance from the beach. The room truly stood out with its beautiful decoration, offering a spacious, clean, and comfortable environment. The bed, in particular, was notably comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. convenient hotel with nice views

Spacious clean rooms with nice view on the city and the mountains. Located at 10 minutes from the airport.

We booked a room for three persons but there was only towels and robes for two people. One of our guests had to leave in the early morning next day and we requested the staff to reserve a taxi for her for the time she had to leave to the airport. They told us there was no need and when she’d come down to the lobby they’d call a taxi for her at the spot. Once she was ready to leave at 05:20AM there seemed to be no taxis available or willing to come to the hotel and she risked missing her flight because she had to take a bus.

Good location, fabulous rooftop lounge

Staff at the rooftop lounge were v friendly and we were there nearly every night. Fab views!

Reception staff could not speak English, not even to call a taxi for us. Otherwise everything was fine.

Wonderful

The most amazingly comfy beds we have ever had, wow! The room was very large too and I loved the scent the hotel had used throughout the building.

I wish there was a hair dryer included with the room. Also, no bathtub for some reason. There's also an issue with the incline of the shower stall where water would pour out onto the bathroom floor while showering.
